Q:I just wanted to let you know that I love your artwork and I simply adore your comics! I recently played Don't Starve at a friend's house, and I've been obsessed since. I've been reading everything I can about it and your comics blew me away. They are super wonderful and I'm excited to see where the story goes.
Hi there anon :D It makes me happy to read these little notes of appreciation, after all, they’re what keep me drawing. Glad you got to try the game as well, Don’t Starve has such a wonderfully creepy atmosphere and it’s quite addicting as well hehe
The comic is far from over and I’ve recently been thinking of giving it a proper name, but I’ll keep that a secret for a bit. Some things need to be uncovered first ;)
This was made for a contest on Deviantart (The contest). I won Third place which is really awesome. I suggest you check out all the other entries also. ;D I swear Don’t starve will be the end of me sooner or later OTLThe Poster Contest contest is finally over and Bakadollie scored as #3! Awesome work! :D
Finally in somewhat decent shape.
Last Sunday I woke up with a really bad flu. It’s been one week and my body finally decided to do something about this shit. Aside from coughing and sneezing I’m pretty okay, and my voice is back, I could barely speak before! Not to mention dreamy fever hallucinations, bleeding nose, aching body, sore throat and yeah you know all that stuff I’m gonna stop now.
I haven’t done anything productive in 7 days except that new blog. It was way easier to code than draw. How the heck do one draw when you get interrupted by some symptom every 15 second and need to grab a tissue? I haven’t been at work either and my boss is probably not happy. A whole week wasted on feeling miserable… Oh the joy, at least I can go to work tomorrow.
Q:Do you allow people to take your skype to make friends or are you more reserved worried people might take advantage of you for art?
Hi there anon. Anyone may add me whether they want to be friends, do art-related business or ask questions they don’t want to publish on the internet. However, I do ask for a proper first message in order to know who I’m talking to. Many times I recognise people because they included their DA/Tumblr username. If Skype users no longer chat with me I clean him or her off the list, nothing personal, it’s just pointless to gather contacts year after year.
I don’t understand how they’d take advantage of my art on Skype, am I not the one to decide where I send my files?
